Hey, I’m Megan, co-owner of Guts & Grit. My purpose has always been clear: to love, support, and be the heart. As an online transformation coach for nine years, I’ve found deep fulfillment in being the support beam and motivational driver for women, helping them transform their lives inside and out.

In addition to my work, I love traveling, floating in the ocean, hiking desert mountains, working out, writing, dancing, cooking, and baking. My journey has taught me to hold true to my intuition and values in a world that often encourages otherwise.

I believe in living a life passionately and deeply rooted in purpose. My mantra: “find what you’d die for & live for it.”
