Refund policy

14-Day Exchange/Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, unwashed, with tags, & in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@gutsngrit.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you a return label & instructions via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive the wrong item or notice damage/defects, email us, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

If you need a different size, email us at info@gutsngrit.com. Once approved, we'll send you a return label & instructions via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Once we receive & inspect your item to exchange, we will take care of the rest.

Refunds

Once we receive & inspect your return we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, your original payment method will be credited. Please note your bank or card company may take a few days to process the refund.
